  1. Mix molasses, salad oil, sugar, spices and salt.
  2. Add eggs and beat.
  3. Add soda which has been dissolved in 1/8 cup boiling water and stir.
  4. Add flour and rest of water. Batter will be thin.
  5. Pour in 9"x13" pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
  7. Serve either hot or cold. May add Glaze.
  8. GLAZE: 1 stick butter, 1/4 cup milk and 1 cup brown sugar.
  9. Mix all together and bring to boil. Boil for about 4 minutes.
  10. Drizzle over gingerbread
